Products will be sent by Fedex.
Your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. (weekends and national holidays excluded).
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction at Bioprogramming. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 8 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange, credit, or full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).
Bioprogramming products must be returned with the seal unpeeled in original condition, with packaging intact and in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition. Once we have received your return at our fulfillment center, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account following inspection.
To process a return, please follow the steps below:
- Re-pack the device(s) in the original box including the packing receipt. Please note that devices will only be accepted for return with the seal unpeeled in original condition, with packaging intact and in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition.
- Remove any labels from the original shipping carton before reusing. This will prevent possible delays.
- Using the prepaid return label, drop your package off at your local FedEx location.
If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund once your return is processed, provided that you notify us and return the device within 8 days of receipt. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments.

Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders
The company may cancel an order at its discretion if the order is unauthorized or for a fraudulent purpose.
